How are members chosen for the community?
Simplii Financial invites community members to join from a list of email addresses that have been selected based on criteria. Those interested in joining complete a brief registration survey and opt-in to receive emails about upcoming surveys in which they can participate. 

Will being a member cost me anything?
No, there is no membership fee. All we ask is that you share your honest opinions. 

How do I update my contact information or change my password?
By logging into www.simpliifinancialideashare.com with your email address and password, you will find a link to update your contact information.

Survey Participation
How do I participate in surveys?
Once we have a survey ready, you will receive an email invitation from us containing a link to the survey. Just click on the link or copy and paste the link with the website address into your browser window. Then follow the instructions on the screen to complete the survey.

If I receive a survey invitation, does that mean I am qualified to participate?

We do our best to identify surveys that are interesting and appropriate for you based on the information you have provided to us in previous surveys. The email invitation will typically indicate the general subject matter and instructions for each study, along with the reward being offered for participation. At times, you may be asked to answer a few questions up-front to ensure that the survey is appropriate for you to take. 

How often will I be asked to complete a survey?
We typically invite a randomly selected group of members to participate in our surveys, based on the objectives of each survey. On average, we anticipate you might receive up to two survey invitations every month. As always, it will be your choice whether or not to participate in any particular survey. 

How long will it take me to complete a survey?

We anticipate that each survey will take between 5-20 minutes of your time, depending on your responses. If necessary, you will be able to stop the survey and return at a later time to continue to take the survey where you left off. 

Can I re-start the survey where I left off?
Yes. Should you experience a technical difficulty, or just run out of time, you may resume the survey where you left off. Just click on the web address in the invitation email you received, click on the "next" (>>) button and you will be able to return to the place in the survey where you left off.

Community Rewards
What will I get out of participating in the community?
We realize your time is valuable. You’ll be able to provide your feedback to help us improve the products and service you receive.  If you complete a survey posted in a month, your name will be entered into a monthly draw for one of  two $250 Amazon.ca Gift Cards. There may also be additional “surprise and delight” prize draws during the course of the year.

Technology Related
Do I need special hardware or software to be able to participate as a Simplii Financial Ideashare member?
No. As long as you have internet access, almost any computer, smartphone or tablet will work for the survey.

What if I have more than one email address or want to change the one I use?
We want to make sure our messages get to you.  Make sure you register the email address you prefer to use with Simplii Financial Ideashare by logging into your account at www.simpliifinancialideashare.com. We will use this to contact you about Simplii Financial Ideashare activities and give you updates about the community.

If your registration information changes and you begin using a new email address, tell us! Log in at www.simpliifinancialideashare.com with your username and password, and click on the "Update" link. Here you can change your email address and password.

Why am I not getting any invites for surveys or emails from the panel?

Please make sure you also add support@simpliifinancialideashare.com to your safe senders email address list. Doing this will help make sure you get our email notifications.

What if I decide I don’t want to be a Simplii Financial Ideashare member after I join?

We hope this doesn't happen, but if you ever decide Simplii Financial Ideashare isn't for you, you can click on the "unsubscribe" link on the bottom of email invitations. You can also send an email to support@simpliifinancialideashare.com to let us know you no longer want to participate, and we'll cancel your membership in the community.

What should I do if I am having trouble with the panel website and/or survey?
If you have any technical issues with the site while you're logged in at Simplii Financial Ideashare or with a survey, let us know! Email us at support@simpliifinancialideashare.com and tell us what's going on so we can help you. For issues with the website, make sure you tell us what browser (and the version number) you're using. For technical issues with a survey, please let us know which survey you were doing.
